The PLC process at Rosehill has been a three-year journey. From understanding what PLCs are, to moving to the why, our PLC has transformed over time. We will share how we became a data driven team, moving away from focusing only on the “what we need to teach”, but more to the “how we are going to teach” to ensure all students are learning at their highest level.
